Cancellation Policy for Summer 2026

Our Summer Cancellation Policy (for direct bookings only) The right of withdrawal under Section 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (FAGG) does not apply; instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply. Cancellation of your room reservation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to the arrival date; between 7 and 3 days prior to arrival, 50% of the room rate will be charged. Starting 3 days prior to arrival and in the event of early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the room rate. Cancellation policies also depend on whether the rooms are partially or fully rebooked. The same applies to late arrivals or early departures. Room cancellations are only valid if made in writing.

Winter 2026/2027

Our cancellation policy for the 2026/27 winter season (direct bookings only): The right of withdrawal under Section 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (FAGG) does not apply; instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply. You may cancel your room reservation free of charge up to 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, except during the period from December 23 to January 6 (free cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to arrival; 15% of the room rate applies for cancellations made 8 to 5 weeks prior to arrival). 30% of the room rate 4 to 3 weeks prior to arrival. 50% of the room rate 2 weeks prior to arrival. For cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival, or in the event of early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the room rate. The cancellation policy also depends on whether the rooms can be rebooked in part or in full. The same applies to late arrivals or early departures. Special provision for the period from January 6 to January 24, 2027: Free cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before arrival. If canceled 14 to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the room rate will be charged; if canceled 7 to 3 days before arrival, 80% of the room rate will be charged. For cancellations made 3 days or less before arrival, or in the event of early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the room rate. The cancellation policy also depends on whether the rooms can be rebooked in part or in full. The same applies to late arrivals or early departures. Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
