Winter 2021/22:
The following special cancellation conditions for the winter season 2021/22 apply:
The right of revocation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.
A cancellation of your room reservation is
- Possible free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival
- 14 days until 7 days befor the arrival date, 50% of the room price will be charged,
- 7 days until 3 days before arrival 80% of the room price and
- From 3 days and early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100%
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
Information about the entry to Austria due to Covid-19:
A "2 G" proof (that you are vaccinated or recovered) is necessary.
Unfortunately tested people are not allowed to check in in our hotel.
This applies to adults and teenager (starting from 12 years).
Summer
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the general terms and conditions apply to the hotel industry. Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Cancellation of your room reservation is possible up to 7 days before arrival free of charge, 7 days to 3 days before departure 50% of the room price. From 3 days before arrival and in case of early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the room price. The cancellation terms also depend on whether the rooms are partially or completely re-leased. The same applies to late arrival or early departure.

General rules of conduct
- Compliance with the minimum distance of 1 meter
- Hand washing and disinfecting several times a day: You will find disinfectant dispensers everywhere in our house
- Sneeze or cough into the crook of your arm or into a handkerchief
- We recommend wearing mouth and nose protection in public areas
- New greeting rituals without physical contact
- Asking for personal responsibility: Please only travel there if you and your family feel healthy and fit. If you experience symptoms on site that indicate a Covid 19 disease, please stay in your room and contact us by phone. We will arrange everything else. Our employees are well trained.

- Daily cleaning and disinfection of all public areas
- Ongoing cleaning and disinfection
- Disinfectant dispensers distributed throughout the house
- Daily housekeeping to a high standard
- Regular ventilation with fresh mountain air
Culinary - by far the best for you
- Large-scale restaurants, winter gardens & parlors offer enough space for your enjoyable vacation
- Large bar & lounge area for your cozy time after an active day on the mountain or in nature
- Compliance with the minimum distance of 1 meter
- All of our service employees wear MNS
- Our request to you: Wear your MNS at the buffet (breakfast buffet, evening buffet), for the safety of all of us
Holiday at the Hotel Leonhard with a dog
Your four-legged friend is also welcome. We charge 20,00 Euro per day. Dogs can not be taken to the spa and the dining room and should be kept on a leash throughout the hotel.
Deductions and surcharges
Deduction for bed and breakfast € 15,00 per person and night Short-stay supplement (less than 4 nights) € 10,00 per person and night Single supplement € 30,00 per night in room Arnica. Other categories for single occupancy on request.
